Rapid Response Simulator

In 2005 SilverTree recieved a grant from the State of Pennsylvania to build a multiplayer emergency medical simulator for hospital training curriculums. The Simulator was a multiplayer virtual environment which enabled Doctors and Nurses to learn the best practices for responding to an emergency code.

Teams of up to 12 responders interact with a patient capable of multiple health scenarios. The simulator featured a working defibrulator, a stocked crash cart, as well as a fully interactive enviroment. Each user's movements and actions within the room were recorded and time stamped in a database. This allowed instructors to breakdown a play by play of all actions, providing hospitals with a new and immersive form of learning.

The simulator was installed at hospital training centers around the country.
